Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation care in our inpatient hospital setting. You will evaluate and treat patients with complex medical and functional needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to restore mobility, function, and independence. In our nurturing and dynamic culture, you’ll provide patient-centric therapy, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and contribute to care planning while enjoying strong clinical support, ongoing development, and clear pathways for career growth.
