Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient rehab hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will evaluate functional limitations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize mobility, safety, and independence. You will educate patients and families, document progress, and support safe discharge planning.
