Entry-level clinicians work closely with experienced PTs through structured mentorship and real-time coaching. Experienced clinicians have opportunities to mentor, lead, and shape programs that help newer PTs thrive.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + incentive pay (compensation $90,000-$110,000)

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Are a licensed Physical Therapist (entry-level or experienced)
Utilize manual therapy and targeted exercise progressions to return patients to full strength, not just basic ADLs
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, personalized care
Thrive in a collaborative, team-driven setting
Are motivated to grow your skills and, if experienced, to mentor others
Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Virginia PT license (or are eligible)
