Job description

Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Center

Location: St. Augustine, Highway 210 or US Hwy 1 Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-time Department: Rehabilitation Services Reports To: Clinic Director / Lead Physical Therapist

We are a patient-centered orthopedic outpatient clinic committed to delivering exceptional rehabilitative care. Our team of skilled professionals works collaboratively to help patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. We pride ourselves on clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a dynamic work environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient team. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, and is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions using evidence-based techniques.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.

Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Document patient progress accurately and timely in EMR systems.

Educate patients on injury prevention, post-operative care, and home exercise programs.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
