nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
nImplement and supervise therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery.
nEducate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and health management.
nMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
nDocument patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
nParticipate in continuing education and professional development activities.
nUphold the highest standards of patient care and safety protocols.
nRequirements:
nDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
nCurrent state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
nStrong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques.
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
nCommitment to providing compassionate patient care.
nExperience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
nBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
