Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time & PRN | Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time
Atrium Place Health & Rehab | St. Louis, MO
Full-Time, plus a sign-on bonus
Shift: Daytime hours
Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in St. Louis, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.
What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility and functional independence
Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym

What You'll Need Active Physical Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
