Overview
nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho Sports and Aquatics
nLocation: NovaCare Leonardtown, Maryland
nSchedule: Full-time 32-40 hours (Mon-Fri)
nCompensation: $80,000 - $100,000
nIncentives: Sign-on bonus and Indefinite Loan Help
nAt NOVACARE Leonardtown-MD, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients return to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. We treat a diverse caseload of teens through geriatrics, offering general ortho, neuro, vestibular, sports medicine, aquatics, and oncology rehabilitative services. New graduates are welcome to apply! We gradually increase your caseload during your on-site defined mentorship program. Most clinicians see 10-12 patients per day, depending on patients' needs. Hour evals 1:1 with 45-minute treat times.

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
