nPhysical Therapist StaffFlex contract

n$52.50/hr + diff

nTues, Thur, Fri, Sat: 9a-7:30p

nNo call

nAcute care experience (Preferred)

nAmerican Heart Association BLS prior to hire

nnnPerforms evaluations and re-evaluations to assess patient conditions and progress.

n

nnEstablishes individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient goals.

n

nnDischarges patients by completing necessary documentation and providing follow-up recommendations.

n

nnDocuments patient care activities accurately and timely in the medical record.

n

nnCharges for services rendered according to established billing procedures.

n

nnEducates patients and caregivers about treatment plans, exercises, and home care instructions.

n

nnParticipates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities.

n

nnSupports quality standards and initiatives set by the department.

n

nnMaintains clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.

n

nnMeets productivity standards defined by the department.

n

nnAdapts to changes in patient census by adjusting work hours and assisting in other centers or programs as needed.

n

nnPerforms other duties as assigned.

n

n nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

nnnEntry level professional competency of Physical Therapy practices, theory, principles and applications as defined in competencies departmental policy (Required)

n

nnBasic computer skills to include Outlook, Microsoft Office and Windows. (Preferred)

n

n nEducation:

nnDoctorate (Preferred)

n nField of Study:

nnin Physical Therapy

n nWork Experience:

nnN/A

n nAdditional Information:

nnEducation requirements for this position are determined by the licensing or certification standards set forth by the relevant certifying body. Applicants must possess the level of education mandated for eligibility to obtain and maintain the required license or certification.

nnnPhysical Therapist (PT) (Required) OR Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT-TEMP) (Required)

nnBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)
