Physical Therapist - Stephenville, TX
Job Type: Full-time (On-site) (No on-call or weekend requirements)
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Days)

Overview:
We are currently hiring for one open position and welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates to apply. Our clinic serves a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. You'll be supported by trained technicians (aides), with a manageable patient ratio of 2 per hour, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to reduce pain and improve mobility
Educate patients and families on home exercises and recovery strategies
Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Stay current with best practices and evidence-based techniques in physical therapy
Requirements:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
