Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time
Bear Mountain of Sudbury
Sudbury, MA
$48-$52/hour
LTC Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehab services in a skilled nursing facility. This role offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to work closely with residents throughout their recovery process.
Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations and establish treatment plans
Provide therapy services focused on strength, mobility, and pain reduction
Collaborate with PTAs, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Track resident progress and complete documentation
