Join MOTION Suffern and grow your outpatient orthopedic career with a collaborative, highly respected team offering 30-minute appointments, built-in documentation time, $1,000 in annual CEU support , and a one-year mentorship program for new graduates . As part of the HSS Rehabilitation Network , you'll treat a dynamic caseload spanning orthopedics, sports, post-surgical, vestibular, and geriatric rehabilitation in a clinic known for exceptional care and clinical excellence. Conveniently located off Route 59 in Montebello , the clinic is situated in a vibrant Rockland County medical hub near Good Samaritan Hospital and surrounding communities.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week) : Monday and Wednesday, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM; Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM.

Responsibilities: As a PT, You'll Achieve Success By: Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications: Physical Therapist Requirements: Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required
Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment as a licensed therapist or during clinical rotations for new grads
Compensation: $85K - $112K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
