What You'll Do: Evaluate and treat patients with physical and/or cognitive impairments
Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team
Monitor progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes
Maintain clear, professional documentation
What You Bring: Active Arizona Physical Therapy license (or license-eligible)
Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
