Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Physical Therapist Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of PTs in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will coordinate and deliver evidence-based physical therapy, oversee care plans, and ensure safe, goal-driven rehabilitation for complex patient populations. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, performance feedback, interdisciplinary collaboration, and regulatory compliance.
