Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team

Float between clinics as required
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Valid Physical Therapist license
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
