nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
nLocation: 4045 Johns Creek Parkway Suwanee, GA
nSchedule: Monday-Friday with two later evenings per week.
nCompensation: starting at $78,000 annual base; commensurate with experience
nIncentives: up to $20,000 sign on bonus and indefinite student debt relief!

n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnGraduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
n
nnOutpatient Clinical Rotation if a new grad or student PT
n
nnValid State Physical Therapist License
n
nnCPR certification
n
