Pay-per-visit model: $70+ per visit + Medicare differential pay
Average full-time earnings: $120,000+

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Complete documentation using streamlined technology
