Our established multidisciplinary practice in Toms River, NJ is growing, and we're looking for a motivated PT who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and helping patients return to the activities they love. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you'll enjoy a supportive environment, manageable patient volumes, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals • Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and prescribed modalities • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed • Educate patients on their diagnosis, recovery, and home exercise programs • Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care • Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR • Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, personalized care Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program • Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License • Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required • New graduates are welcome to apply • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join Our Team!
