nPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

nLocation: West Hartford, CT

nSchedule: Monday through Friday

nPRN and Part-Time are also available

nCompensation: Salary is $85k to $105k based on experience

nSelect Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time physical therapist for our In-Home Physical Therapy Program in Connecticut. This unique opportunity deals with patients needing In-Home physical therapy following total joint replacements. If you are looking for a healthy and active patient population to treat in the home setting, this caseload of patients is 100% s/p total joint replacement. Our organization is an outpatient center so documentation is much less cumbersome that traditional Home Health. An ideal physical therapist has solid ortho skills, but we ARE able to consider a new graduate physical therapist. Mileage is paid as part of the compensation package.

n nResponsibilities

nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

n

nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

n

nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

n

nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

n

n nQualifications

nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

n

nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

n

nnCPR certification
