Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement and modify physical therapy interventions to address patient goals and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care and coordination of services
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Participate in staff development and training activities to stay current with evidence-based practices and industry trends
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to all infection control and safety protocols
