Highlights/Benefits:
Non-Profit Trauma Center
Acute Care role with coverage across multiple floors and departments
Willing to mentor/train therapists without Acute Care experience: New Grads Welcome
Treat patients from admission to discharge
Cover Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU & ICU step-down
See 12 patients per day on average with up to 45 minutes per patient as needed
4/10's Schedule
4.5 weeks PTO
Multiple Insurance plans offered
Bonuses / Incentives: $5,500 Relocation / Sign-on bonus
PSLF Loan Forgiveness Eligible
$1,300 Per year in CEUs
Structured clinical ladder program with compensation increases tied to certifications and specialty areas
About the Position:
We are seeking a servant-minded clinician who is passionate about patient care. This role is best suited for someone looking to invest in a career-not just a job-helping patients understand what has happened to their bodies and guiding them through their recovery journey.
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Servant leader mindset
