Job description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Outpatient experience.
Physical Therapist license in Indiana required to start.
BLS required.
HEP B required.
TB required.
Flu required.
Tdap required.
Assignment Details Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 3:00 PM.
Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM.
Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 3:00 PM.
One-hour lunches are included.
Documentation system: NextGen.
Floating is not required. Floating to other facilities may be considered if staffing is secured.
Dress code: Business Casual.
