Job description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where youll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* KY Physical Therapist licensure or compact licensure accepted
* 1 year home health physical therapy experience
* Previous OASIS experience
* Homecare Homebase experience
Assignment Details
* Monday through Friday.
* 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
* Coverage area includes Boyd, Greenup, Lawrence, Carter, and Elliot counties.
