Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you‘ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Home health experience
* Experience with Wellsky & Oasis
* OASIS experience including SOC, ROC, Recert, Discharge, and PT evaluation documentation
Assignment Details
* Schedule: Flexible, 5x8s or 4x10s
* Weekend rotation: No
* On-call requirements: No
* Coverage area includes Kitsap County, with primary needs in North Kitsap and occasional county-wide coverage
