Job description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Home health case management experience
OASIS experience
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Idaho
Idaho department of health and welfare fingerprinting
Assignment Details
Shift hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
Shift days: Monday through Friday
Saturday may be required if productivity expectations are not met during the work week
No weekend requirement unless productivity expectations are not met during the 5-day work week
Coverage area includes patient homes within a 30-mile service area from the branch location
Travel to multiple patient homes during each shift is required
