Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
GA license or compact license acceptable
Prior home health experience
Experience with HCHB
Monday through Friday schedule
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No on-call requirement
Coverage area includes Atkinson, Coffee, Ware, Clinch, Bacon, and Pierce counties
