Job description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Alaska Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in an outpatient setting preferred. Clinical experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions preferred. Comfort working collaboratively in a shared office with other clinicians and support staff required. Ability to manage variable patient volume. Typical busy weeks range 35–40 patient visits; slower weeks range 20–25 visits. Willingness to work a 6-month contract. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Schedule: Not specified by client. Recruiter will confirm shift days and hours. Floating: Candidate should be prepared to collaborate with and share workspace with other clinicians and office staff; floating to other facilities is not indicated. On-site support: Two office assistants, two massage therapists, and a Doctor of Chiropractic share the office and work collaboratively. Housing and vehicle provided by the client.
