Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Alabama Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state license prior to start.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in Home Health preferred. Candidates with recent home health caseload experience and demonstrated skills in patient mobility assessment, fall prevention, and home safety evaluation are preferred.
Client requires professional certification as indicated in order notes. Meet all facility-specific credentialing and background screening requirements prior to start.

Shift Pattern: 5x8 (five shifts per week, eight hours per shift).
