Job description

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Current CPR certification
* Current drivers license, reliable transportation, and insurance
* 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
* Homecare Homebase
