Job description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
CA PT License
One year of Home Health experience
Assignment Details
40 hours per week.
Monday-Friday.
One weekend a month rotation.
Required to prioritize start of care visits.
Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits.
Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit.
Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office.
Be generally responsive during normal business hours.
Training includes 3 full days, with one in house and two in the field.
Documentation system: Kinnser.
Equipment issued: iPad, Verizon One Talk.
Will be required to expand territory as needed.
