Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Mercy Cover Sheet Required
* Compliance with influenza vaccination policy or approved medical or religious exemption is required
