Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

* Facility Type: Outpatient
* Shift Name: Days
* Schedule: Typically Monday to Friday; potential for four 10-hour shifts
