Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Oklahoma state license or eligibility to obtain state license prior to assignment start.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Outpatient experience preferred. (Client preference.)
New graduates and first-time travelers will be considered. (Client preference.)
Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and see 12–14 patients per day; experience with double-booking follow-up visits preferred.
Willingness to float to other clinics as needed during the assignment. (Client requirement.)
Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours; OT must be approved by director before any overtime hours are worked. (Client requirement.)
