Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Experience with rehabilitation for post-acute or long-term care patients preferred.
Client requirement: ability to provide care within the facility’s electronic documentation system as directed by the client.
Client requirement: availability to work the specified days and shift hours for the assignment.
