Job description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Utah PT license
* BLS certification
* MSPT or DPT degree from an accredited PT program
* Pass the NPTE
* Understanding of neuro, multi-trauma, and medically complex diagnoses
* Ability to complete a thorough chart review and understanding of lab values and weight bearing precautions
* Previous use of mobility devices and lift systems
* Understanding of back braces, UE/LE positioning devices, and hip, spine, and cardiac precautions
Assignment Details
* Shift hours: 7:00AM-7:00PM
* Shift days: Friday-Sunday, plus one mid-week shift
* Alternate weekends required
* Cross training on the acute care side will occur during week two
* May float to the acute care side of the hospital when census is low
