Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current New Mexico Physical Therapist Licensure BLS certification via AHA is required Assignment Details Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
