Job description

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Skilled nursing facility experience required.
Assignment Details
Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Documentation systems used include Net Health and Clinicent.
Productivity expectation is usually around 82% to 85% for a traveler.
