Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license. Assignment Details 13-week assignment. 8-hour shifts. Floating is not required. Skilled nursing and long-term care setting. State-of-the-art gyms and care for a high volume of skilled patients.
