Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current PT license meeting Missouri licensure criteria or current Missouri PT license. BLS from AHA only. 1 year of PT experience. Assignment Details Schedule: 4x10. Hours: 10:30am – 9:00pm. Shift Days: Monday - Thursday. Weekend Hours: None. Call Requirements: None.
