Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Degree in Physical Therapy Must hold active license or plan to test in the near future to hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to work Experience in an outpatient/rehabilitation setting Experience using Electronic Medical Record for evaluations, reports and discharge summaries Computer skills necessary to complete job requirements including typing, Word, Internet, and EMR Ability to be physically mobile for 8-10 hour work days based on patient care schedule Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with patient mobility and transfers Assignment Details Schedule: 4x10 Apply now and we’ll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details.
