Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy Current license for state where practicing Outpatient orthopedic experience Assignment Details Monday through Friday. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
