Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings Assignment Details Schedule may be open to 4x10s Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday schedule Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EMR: Raintree Apply now and we’ll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details.
