nnSchedule: Day Shift | 40 hours per week

nnGross Rate up to $2,650 per week

nHow you’ll make an impact in this role

nnnEvaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs.

n

nnPerform initial and ongoing patient assessments.

n

nnDevelop, revise, and evaluate patient and family-centered plans of care.

n

nnExecute therapy interventions using standard techniques tailored to patient needs.

n

nnOversee physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.

n

n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need

nLicensure / Certification / Registration:

nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

n

nnLicensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

n

nnDrivers License preferred.

n

n nEducation:

nnBachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

n nAdditional Preferences:

nn1 + years of recent experience as an Physical Therapist
