Job description
UCHealth is seeking a traveling Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation across our Colorado clinics. In this role, you will assess musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and guide patients through their recovery and performance goals. You’ll document care in an EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and travel between sites to support clinic needs.
