Grand Oaks Care Center , located in Tulare California is seeking qualified candidates for ourIn-house Therapy Team as a Licensed Physical Therapist. We currently have available full time positions available. We are a recently acquired, 99 bed facility that strives to provide quality care to our short term and long term residents. We are located in a small, rural, close knit community. This position is ideal for an individual looking for an opportunity to relocate and explore California. We are in the heart of California and all of the adventures are just 2 hours away. Responsibilities
Treat patients as ordered by the Physician and adhere to facility documentation guidelines
Record treatments given and progress notes in medical record
Assist in maintaining department
Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences
Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area
