nWhat You'll Do
nYou'll help children ages 0–21 build strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills through compassionate, evidence-based, family-centered care.
nResponsibilities include:
nnnEvaluate and treat children with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, genetic, and functional needs.
n
nnDevelop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths, needs, and goals.
n
nnProvide evidence-based interventions targeting strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait, motor planning, endurance, and functional independence.
n
nnEducate and partner with families through coaching and individualized home programs.
n
nnCollaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and other team members to provide coordinated care.
n
nnMonitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
n
nnMaintain timely documentation and participate in department meetings and professional development.
n
n nQualifications
nRequired
nnnMaster's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
n
nnCurrent Oklahoma Physical Therapy License (or eligible)
n
n nPreferred
nnnPassion for family-centered, evidence-based care
n
nnCollaborative mindset and positive attitude
