nO'Mally Management Group (OMG) is partnering with PT Concepts to recruit a growth-oriented Physical Therapist for a direct-hire opportunity in Tyler, TX. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to be part of a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary clinic system with long-term growth potential.

n nEssential Duties & Responsibilities
nn****Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans
nDeliver active and passive rehabilitation therapies
nMonitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
nMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
nCollaborate with chiropractic, medical, and rehab staff
nRefer patients to appropriate providers when indicated
nServe as a clinical leader for staff and within the community

nnGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
