Job description
Hope Network is seeking an on-call Physical Therapist to support individuals with disabilities or disadvantages across our healthcare and social assistance programs. In this flexible PRN role, you will perform evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress using EMR systems. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across neurorehabilitation and behavioral health services, provide education to patients and families, and ensure safe, goal-focused interventions.
