Physical Therapist
Location: Warwick, RI
Employment Type: Full-Time
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
Schedule
Full-Time
Flexible 4-day or 5-day work week
Two evening shifts per week until 7:00 PM
Fridays: Clinic hours until 3:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a busy outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment while helping patients recover from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, and chronic pain.
New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship to support their professional growth and clinical development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises and evidence-based interventions.
Monitor, assess, and document patient progress.
Educate and motivate patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive treatment environment.
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, families, and the healthcare team.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
Qualifications
Active Rhode Island Physical Therapist License (Required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused.
