Insight Global is seeking 2 full-time Physical Therapists to join an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic with 1 opening located in Wasilla, AK and 1 opening in Talkeetna, AK.
This opportunity is ideal for a therapist looking to practice in a patient-focused environment with strong work-life balance, manageable caseloads, and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients. Therapists are encouraged to pursue their clinical interests while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient care.
The clinic treats a wide variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, and other outpatient rehabilitation patients. New graduates are welcome to apply. Open to short term travel contractors, candidates seeking contract to hire assignments, and/or candidates seeking a direct hire employment.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient physical therapy patients
Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life
Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and neurological cases
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within clinic guidelines
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and at-home exercises
Build long-term relationships with patients while delivering exceptional customer service
Manage an average caseload of approximately 8-10 patients per day

Required Skills & Experience
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program • Active Alaska Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain prior to start) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and clinical staff
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions • Current BLS Certification • Dry Needling experience • Neurological rehabilitation experience • Previous outpatient clinic experience • Interest in establishing a long-term career with a growing organization
