Job description
Physical Therapist (Full-Time)
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and help patients return to work and daily activities with confidence.
Focus Areas: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
Schedule: Flexible options available (4x10s or 5x8s).
Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience, plus quarterly incentive opportunities.
Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions and update plans as needed
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain timely, accurate documentation
Collaborate with physicians and care teams
Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
Graduate or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active California PT license (or in progress)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
